Terms of use
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Raukin LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, the maker of ScrollFit. By using ScrollFit you agree to them. Our privacy policy says how we handle your data.
1. ScrollFit
ScrollFit blocks the apps you choose and unlocks them when you complete an exercise, such as push-ups or squats, counted by your phone's camera. To use ScrollFit you need a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use ScrollFit.
3. Exercise safely
- ScrollFit is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor. Check with your doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition or injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a long time.
- Choose exercises and rep counts that are right for you, and exercise in a safe space with room to move.
- Stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy, faint or short of breath, and get medical help if it doesn't pass.
- Rep counting is an estimate and can be wrong. ScrollFit isn't a medical device.
4. Blocking
- ScrollFit is built to be hard to get around, so plan ahead: if you can't exercise, you may not be able to open the apps you've locked. Don't lock apps you may need in an emergency, and remember that phone calls and emergency services stay available through your phone's system features.
- Blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time on iPhone and on the accessibility service and usage access on Android. It needs the permissions you grant and can stop working if they're turned off, or if Apple, Google or your phone's maker change how these features work. We don't promise that every app will be blocked in every situation.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- The plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends.
- If a plan has a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. The store decides who is eligible for a trial.
- Cancel or change your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks ScrollFit for as long as we offer the app, on the store account you bought it with.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- If a price changes, the store tells you first, as its rules require.
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel your subscription.
6. Your account
You can sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress across devices. Keep your phone and sign-in safe: whoever can open ScrollFit on your phone can change your locks and see your data.
7. Using ScrollFit fairly
ScrollFit is for your own personal use. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer it, don't try to get around the subscription, and don't use ScrollFit in a way that harms it or other people. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
8. Content
ScrollFit's design, pictures, animations and text belong to us or our licensors. While you use ScrollFit, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it to improve ScrollFit without owing you anything.
9. Changes to ScrollFit
We keep improving ScrollFit, so features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep ScrollFit available, but it may sometimes be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
10. Warranties and liability
As far as the law allows, ScrollFit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for ScrollFit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the consumer laws of your country give you.
12. Apple
If you got ScrollFit from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to maintain or support ScrollFit, and isn't responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard licence terms also apply.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer, you can also rely on the laws of where you live and bring a claim in your local courts.
