ScrollFitPrivacy policy

This policy explains how Raukin LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, handles your data when you use the ScrollFit apps for iPhone and Android and this website. Questions: support@tryscrollfit.com.
The short version
- The camera counts your reps on your phone. Video is never recorded, stored or uploaded.
- ScrollFit never sees what you do inside other apps.
- We use your data to run ScrollFit, measure and improve it, and understand which ads bring people to it. We don't sell it.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time, or ask us to.
What ScrollFit never collects
- Camera video. Pose detection runs entirely on your device. The camera is only on during an exercise, and nothing it sees leaves your phone.
- What you do in other apps. On iPhone, blocking is done by Apple's Screen Time framework: we only receive anonymous tokens for the apps and categories you pick, not your app usage. On Android, ScrollFit uses the accessibility service and usage access only to detect which app is opening, so it can show the workout screen. It doesn't read, record or send the content of any app.
- Payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple and Google.

We also use Firebase Remote Config to change app settings and run tests without an update. This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics.
Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, ScrollFit receives your Google account's name, email address, profile picture and account ID. We use this data only to create your ScrollFit account, sign you in, and show your name and email in the app's settings. It is stored in Firebase Authentication, a Google service. We don't use your Google data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except Google as our sign-in provider. ScrollFit doesn't access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data. When you delete your ScrollFit account, your Google sign-in data is deleted with it, and you can also remove ScrollFit's access at any time in your Google account settings.
ScrollFit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sign in with Apple
If you sign in with Apple, we receive an account ID and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We use them the same way as Google sign-in data.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it for us under their own terms and privacy policies: Google (Firebase), RevenueCat, PostHog, AppsFlyer, Meta and TikTok, plus Apple and Google for purchases. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We don't sell your personal data.
Where your data is stored
Our providers store data mainly in the United States. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and app data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete this data, and anything left in backups is overwritten on the providers' own schedules. Usage, analytics and crash data are kept only as long as we need them to understand and improve ScrollFit, then deleted or anonymised. Stores keep their own purchase records.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account in the app, or see how to delete your account.
- Tracking: on iPhone, ScrollFit asks before tracking you across other companies' apps, and you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Notifications: turn them off in the app or your phone's settings.
- Camera: you can deny camera access, but then reps can't be counted.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@tryscrollfit.com and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we use your data to provide the app you asked for (contract), to measure and improve it (our legitimate interests), and for ad measurement and tracking only with your consent where it's required.
Children
ScrollFit is intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to your account data is restricted to your signed-in account by our database rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.
